Home Is Where The Heart Is: Ochoa Family Session

"The love in our family grows strong and deep, leaving special moments to treasure and keep."  -Author Unknown

I met Jennifer and Daniel 3 years ago when I captured their daughter's first birthday session. I fell in love with the family, their story, and their love for Josie. They truly are an amazing family and I have been blessed to see them twice a year ever since. It has been so fun to watch their spunky little girl grow up and develop a personality that is bigger than life. She brings so much joy to my day every time I see her. I know what keeps a smile on Daniel and Jennifer's faces 24/7. . . their precious little girl.

Last year Daniel and Jennifer relocated up north.  Jennifer talked to me before the session about how homesick she has been since the move and asked if we could let their session unfold at her parents house in Bakersfield. My answer was of course YES! I was so excited. I love personalized sessions that incorporate the uniqueness of the family. What better way to help soften the sting of being homesick than by taking your family session at the home you have so many memories and love from. Even Buster and Sigmund, their fur babies, loved the idea and were super excited to get in on the action. I am pretty positive that these moments the family created will help Jennifer get through the periods of time she is away from her family, and where a piece of her heart was left.

Daniel and Jennifer, thank you so much for allowing me into a small piece of your past. I loved getting to see where you grew up. Tell Josie she is as cute as ever and I had so much fun with her. She better quit growing up because she is perfect at 4 years old.
