Rochelle and Teagan + Colin = Bliss

I have had the absolute pleasure of photographing Rochelle and Teagan for almost as long as I have had my business open. It has been so fun watching Teagan grow throughout the years. She seriously is the cutest little ball of sassiness and cheer. Her mom always has her dressed in the cutest outfits and she comes more than ready to shine in front of my lens. Let's just say sessions with Teagan are always a piece of cake...especially if I let her run the show.

This year I saw a new glow from Rochelle. It was the first time Colin made his debut in her family pictures, and can I just say she shines like the happiest girl alive when he is around. I love seeing her and Teagan filled with so much love and joy. Colin must be one very special guy to be so lucky to have these two girls in his life. As their session unfolded all I could think is, "they make the most picture perfect little family!" I look forward to watching their love blossom.

Rochelle thank you for continually allowing me to capture your family's moments. I love seeing Teagan grow and your life flourish. I wish you more and more happiness as life progresses for you! I wish you a wonderful holiday season!

Cousins and Friends, What Could Be Better?

Five and a half years ago I asked this amazing girl to be my second shooter. It was the best decision I have ever made. We have spent countless hours growing, laughing, and learning together. She has been there for me not only for work, but as a selfless wonderful friend. I appreciate her and her family more than anything!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of not only taking pictures of Andrea's husband and kids, but also of her brother and his girls. The kids were adorable and had this amazing cousinly bond. They loved hamming it up in front of the camera. We were all cracking up at how fun they were making everything. I told them I wanted them to hold hands and walk slowly toward me making each other laugh. You would have thought I told them we were going to Disneyland they were so excited and they wanted to do it over and over and over again. I love when kids are so willingly to have fun in front of my lens. They all had so much life and personality. It was a blast to be in their presences.

Pavletich Family

The bright warm sun rose high in the sky creating perfect pockets of beautiful golden light, magnifying the rich autumn foliage. There is nothing more eye catching than the vibrant colors of fall; you could not ask for a more perfect fall day.

The Pavletich family is a family full of some awesome baseball players. A few years ago we did a super fun session that really hit home for the kids and dad...a session solely devoted to playing baseball. Probably one of my absolute favorite sessions ever. This year we decided to tune into something a little more beautiful for their mom. The scenery was spot on. I always love taking this family's pictures; they always show up with smiles on their faces and are willing to do everything I ask of them. They have a very playful love for each other and are just the sweetest family.

Bowyer Family

One of my favorite types of sessions are one's that are taken in a family's home. There is just something so special and intimate about capturing memories for kids of the house they grow up in. Not too mention I learn so much about a family just by getting a short glimpse into their life. I knew this family was awesome, but I didn't know how awesome they were until visiting their home last weekend.

The girls are always so full of life when I see them so it was a blast to get a look into their rooms to see what other interests they have along with being the beautiful actresses they are.  Paige LOVES stuffed animals! While Brianna is an awesome reader and really enjoys volleyball. I am pretty sure you can guess what their favorite colors are as well when you see their rooms. Kirk has every man's dream...a super awesome Man Cave, called "The Man Cave" and an even more awesome beautiful wife that enjoys football with him.

This family is amazing, but more than anything when you enter their home you feel the love and bond they share. I can see why their girls are such beautiful, strong, confident young ladies, they have amazing parents that love them dearly. Thank you so much Bowyer family for opening your home up to me. I had such a fun time with you.
