Dylan The Fitness Super Hero: A.K.A Captain America's Twin

Dylan decided last year he wanted to take on the tedious task of training for a fitness competition. I give him credit just for honoring the thought, but when he started training for it in January my admiration for him grew to a whole new level. It takes some sincere dedication to prepare your body for one of those competitions. I watched him put in countless hours at the gym, forego any type of delightful treat he wanted no matter how bad his cravings were, push harder than he ever has before, and give more when he felt he had nothing left to give. He saw, he pushed, and he succeed!!!

It was really awesome to watch him go through the process of transformation, and really helped open my eyes to what an amazing trainer he is. I believe following through with this process will help him grow into an even stronger and more dedicated trainer.  Dylan congratulations on your huge accomplishment. I am really proud of you for your perseverance and dedication. I hope you did amazing things when you stepped out on that stage. Congrats and I look forward to when I have you as my trainer again.

Reyes Family Mini Session

Where do I begin? I cannot express how much I love my job. There is nothing more rewarding than watching two people in love get married, have babies, and then have a small glimpse into those babies' lives while watching them grow into beautiful little people.

Chris and Niki have been one of the many couples I have cherished watching as their family grows. They have the cutest kids that are such a joy to be around. I would be lying if I didn't say they seem to have their hands a bit full with two little boys running around under the age of 2 1/2, but seriously how can you resist these little guys. Talk about two little studs!!!!

 Oh, and sweet Jaden is such a great big sister. She is such a helper, and so mature might I add. I spend most of my time with the family just listening to Jaden and all her stories. I leave my time with them wishing I could steal her and bring her home to keep me company.

I look forward to my yearly time with this amazing family and was so excited to finally have Chris and Niki take some time in front of the camera as well. They finally have a family picture for their wall. The boys are getting so big and Jaden is becoming more and more beautiful every time I see her!  It was great seeing you guys and I look forward to our next time together.

Michael and Emily Are Turning One

Michael and Emily are the cutest twins ever. Their personalities are a crack up to watch. Their mom told me that Emily was the smiley child and Michael was going to be the one that would make us work and I guess they proved her wrong. Talk about the complete opposite. We could not get Emily to crack a smile for the life of us that day. What was even more funny is every time Michael would have a cookie Emily would rip it out of his hands to eat herself causing a huge uproar with Michael. The poor boy just wanted to relax and eat his treat. 

In all seriousness though these two cuties are some of the most loved kids in the world. They have two amazing big sisters that would do anything for them, and great loving parents. Happy 1st Birthday Michael and Emily!

A Little Bit of Country: Loomis Family

It has been a year since I have seen this adorable family. A year is a very long time in a young child's life, so much growing is done during that period, so I was so excited to see how much Corbin changed over the last year. He is still as adorable and sweet as ever, and most definitely has both of his parents undivided love and attention. It was fun to see his little personality come out during our time together. He especially loved to take his boots off and see what kind of reaction he could get out of his parents when he would toss it down.

I enjoy every second I spend with Chad and Jessica. It is so fun to see how patient and loving they are not only with Corbin but also with each other. They are hands down the perfect person for each other and compliment each other quite nicely. Chad and Jessica, thanks again for another amazing session! Jensen and Lindsay Are Having A Baby

I had the pleasure of meeting this gorgeous lady a few months ago when she was shopping for a maternity photographer. We hit it off so well, so of course I was ecstatic when she decided they wanted to book with me. They are a beautiful couple both inside and out and have two of the cutest dogs alive! Their fur babies kept us giggling the entire time.

Jensen and Lindsay are getting ready to welcome their very first child and I can tell they are both so excited. I think my favorite maternity sessions are the ones for first time parents because there is this over the top excitement they possess that is so contagious. I am sure they are going to be amazing parents to their child.

Lindsay and Jensen, I wish you the best in these last few weeks of freedom ;-). I know you guys will do an amazing job as parents and I can't wait to see pictures of your new little one. James and Paola united on the most beautiful day in February. The church was packed with their friends and family all gleaming to see the beautiful union of this lovely couple. James smiled from ear to ear as his breath was taken away at the first glance of his bride. The ceremony was filled with insightful advice and the love that they share was brought through meaningful vows. It was a beautiful ceremony filled with love, friends, and family that I am sure they will cherish the memory for the rest of their life.
